Hi, I’m Christina Pearce and I’m a Meditation Specialist, Wellness Educator and Certified Breath Coach. If you struggle to keep a consistent meditation practice, or wish to incorporate mindfulness in your business and lifestyle, you’re on the right page!

 

Original U is a Meditation Program created to help working professionals schedule some self-care time and discover mindful strategies that support a work-life balance.

CONTEMPLATIVE MEDITATIONS

 

Morning sessions are held on Mondays and Fridays, opening and closing each week with a theme.

 

Our schedule is designed to fit into even the busiest schedule, and will help to support and fortify your mindfulness practice.

 

You'll also have access to Bedtime Prep Practices to support you with better, more restful sleep.
